My name is Maureen Bourke, the heart and hands behind The Wedding Day Concierge. My journey into the world of bridal alterations and wedding day services began with a dream and a legacy of love from my dear mother, Ellen Stuart. She was not only my mum but also my mentor, encouraging me to explore my creative passions and nurturing my love for sewing. Her guidance laid the foundation for what would become Elle & Stuart, a boutique where every stitch was infused with care and dedication.  

 

Having had a destination wedding myself, I understand the unique challenges that come with planning such an event from afar. I remember wishing for someone by my side to assist with my wedding dress and ensure everything went smoothly. This personal experience fuels my passion for helping brides and grooms create their dream weddings without the stress.
